Service Description

An eight-session course spread over 10 weeks if holidays I will send a quiz to attendees before the first class. We will be going over quiz results, power statements, and intuitive styles assessment during the first meeting. Following classes will deep dive into energy centers using guided imagery and discussion. Each week we will check in with the self empowerment development and introduce 2 complementary energy organs, their governance, and how you manage the energy exchange through them. We will explore types of available light, techniques to access them, and work with them for personal integration. Classes are small group so there is always time for everyone and we will spend approximately 2 hours together during exploration. Receive a 10% discount when you pay in full upon registration!
